Tess's unconventional career journey, including working as a cheesemaker in Tasmania to becoming an entrepreneur in Colorado, has shaped her perspective on life and work. These roles have taught her about resourcefulness and innovative problem-solving, as well as providing a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities within businesses. Her guiding philosophies are to embrace new experiences, draw inspiration from unconventional places, and focus on the process.

Outside of work, Tess enjoys making fermented products like sourdough bread and cheese. You might find her hiking with her dog or enjoying a peaceful moment by the water. If you invite her to a dinner party, she’ll probably bring a big cheese board.
