Reland Davis

As Project Coordinator at Beezwax, Reland collaborates with developers and clients to ensure project success for everyone involved.

She was originally attracted to Beezwax by the opportunity to contribute her skills to a larger team, while continuing to build her leadership abilities:

"Beezwax works with amazing clients, and I wanted to be part of a creative team that values individuality and is committed to employee growth," she said.

Prior to Beezwax, Reland worked as supervisor, specialist and administrator for healthcare organizations focused on patient mental health and rehabilitation. Regardless of the job title, she describes her ongoing career role as "advocate and ally", always working toward promoting progressive values and inspiring change.

Outside of work, Reland spends time reading books, and enjoying all things nature-y. In recent years, she’s nurtured her love of plants by taking on many green-thumb projects, expanding her garden, propagating new plants, and creating potting mixes from sustainable resources.
