Allison is a certified FileMaker developer who excels in managing development efforts and delivering sophisticated FileMaker and web-based workflow solutions for a diverse client base. She values the collaborative process with clients and team members, creating innovative solutions that add significant value to workplaces. Allison's expertise in complex solution design enables her to lead projects that combine technical prowess with strategic vision, while consistently ensuring that projects meet both technical and business goals.

Before embarking on her tech career, Allison was an entrepreneur, founding and expanding a multi-location restaurant. Her strong commitments to community initiatives—such as employing individuals from inner-city programs and raising funds for local charities—highlight her dedication to making a positive social impact.

Outside of work, Allison has taught wilderness survival skills, co-facilitated communication programs in maximum-security prisons, and led non-profit initiatives in Haiti. On weekends, she enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband and three children.
